Vindhynagar: A total of 11 employees retired from NTPC-Vindhyachal Project after giving their long service. The retiring employees are as follows: – Ashok Kumar Kushwaha, Deputy General Manager (MGR), Ramdev Ram, Deputy Manager (Fuel Management), Rajendra Sharma, Assistant Manager (BMD), Pramod Kumar Sharma, Assistant Manager (Fuel Management), Bijai Prasad, Engineer (C&I-Maintenance), Suresh Akodia, Assistant Engineer (Fuel Management), Tejbhan Patel, Engineer/SLPS (Operation), Jagjivan Lal Sahu, Operator (MGR), Jawahar Kushwaha, Operator (Chemical), Ram Manohar, Operator (C&M) and Arjun Sahu, Operator (Store).
All the retiring employees were honoured by NTPC-Vindhyachal management in the auditorium of Umang Bhawan of the project. As a part of the welcome, Project Head (Vindhyachal) E Satya Phani Kumar and Chief General Manager (Operation & Maintenance) Sameer Sharma welcomed all the retiring employees with a flower garland. Also, representatives of the Union/Association of the project also welcomed the guest employees by garlanding them. On this occasion, Project Head (Vindhyachal) E Satya Phani Kumar praised all the retiring employees and said that your contribution in taking NTPC-Vindhyachal to the current heights will always be remembered and NTPC-Vindhyachal will always be grateful to you for your service. Also, General Manager (Operation & Maintenance) Rajesh Bhardwaj wished all the retiring employees the best for starting a new innings of their life and wished everyone good health. In this connection, the department heads also wished all the retiring employees for starting a new innings of their life and wished everyone good health.
As a part of honour, all the retiring employees were honoured with fruits, shawls and mementoes by Chief Project Head (Vindhyachal) E Satya Phani Kumar and other General Managers. Also, while honouring all the retiring employees, their family members were invited and an attempt was made to make this emotional moment memorable for them.
Apart from this, all the retiring employees were also given long service certificates etc. for their long services to NTPC. Thereafter, all the retiring employees shared their memories related to NTPC one by one.
All of them called their time spent in NTPC unforgettable. They said that their identity was made because of NTPC and they feel proud of themselves. Along with this, all the retiring employees specially thanked all their colleagues for their support and company. During the felicitation ceremony, department heads, union and association representatives, retiring employees of the department as well as their families were present.
The felicitation ceremony was conducted and the vote of thanks was given by Senior Assistant Officer (Human Resources), Harshita Gupta. At the end of the program, to make this moment unforgettable, a group photograph and individual photograph of all the retiring employees were taken with Project Head (Vindhyachal) E Satya Phani Kumar, Chief General Manager and other General Managers.
